Health and fitness can come from a mixture of approaches, mostly listening to your body needs, nourishing and feeling it as well as incorporating good decisions and balance. We experience our lifestyle every second of our lives not just an hour 5 days a week or 2 weeks of the year. A lifestyle is lived with energy and fulfillment.
Nutrition is a dense and conflicting subject, especially at present with the media zooming in on our populations growing passion for food and drink along with its growing waistline. I class nutrition as an embossed montage of foods that not only taste delicious but fuels our bodies with optimal benefits to our health, aesthetics and soul.
Nutrition is personal and unique to each individual and goal and needs to be considered seriously when setting out on a fitness challenge. However, healthy eating is accessible to us all and that it is what The Honor Collective embraces. Making good decisions and leaving room for balance enjoyment.

Dance to The Honor Collective is about exploring movement and freedom of expression. Its not telling a story, it doesn't always have a meaning, its not always impressive. Its just about enjoying your body and the way it reacts to anything. As well as mechanically and mentally training it to reach its full potential.
Dance can be Incorporated into any type of training and training can be incorporated and tailored into dance.
